    I created this page, a portfolio if you will, as place to reference Web Sites I have worked on, as well as anything relating to the IT profession. Most people may know me as a front man for Mystic 7, but yes, I must earn more money than what that brings in.

    I have been involved in IT for more than 10 years, but only professionally for a little over 2 years now. I have created many websites and been involved with various computer and network related jobs. I am currently employed at El Paso County as a Network Support Analyst. At El Paso County I setup new computer workstations and install new Network hardware as needed. Trouble shoot network issues for El Paso County employees that include District Attorneys’ Offices, and the Judicial Building-Court House, the County Office Building for elected officials and the employees and the County Justice Center. I assist in the installation and configuration of  Cisco Switches and Routers (2600, 3650, 4500, and 6500) Patch and run Fiber optics and CAT cable for new workstation.

    The Mystic 7 web site is the first site that I have maintained and created, I believe the Mystic 7 site has had at least 3 makeovers in the last 10 years. I worked for a short time doing contract work for call center company where I created many advertizing websites, and unfortunately most all those now have expired and are no longer posted. I have few web sites I am either currently working on, or maintaining. I use “Namo Web Editor” as my web builder and I buy server space thru Netwisp.com.

•   A-Plus, IT Technician Certified + Associates degree in Computer Information Science. I am knowledgeable with Microsoft OS: Windows XP, and Windows Vista. Familiar with Microsoft Office 2003 and Office 07. Adobe Photoshop and basic Adobe Flash and Web Management. I have created many websites, including my personal website that I manage weekly.
•   Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Cisco Network Administration - I have repaired many PCs and replaced many PC peripherals. I have built gamming PCs from the ground up and I have installed numerous PC work stations and set them up for the end user. I am knowledgeable with software upgrades, and installation and imaging. Printer set-up and Troubleshooting, Networking infrastructure, Office setup, Cisco hardware routers and switches.
•   Experienced in Customer Service and Inventory control-management. I’ve worked with the public and in customer service areas for over 25 years; I have also managed my own department and inventory.
•   As a hobby I run a very successful cover rock band and have played guitar for over 25 years. Here I administer and design the bands website.
